Software Engineer Intern

Role Overview

This is a high-impact engineering internship where you will work alongside engineers building AI agents for client accounts. Unlike traditional internships, your code will be integrated into production environments, undergo rigorous review, and be used by real clients. This is a four to six month, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Ship real code into client-facing AI agents within your first few weeks.
• Build tools, API integrations, evaluation harnesses, and internal dashboards.
• Write evaluations to measure the performance of your builds.
• Pair with account engineers and participate in line-by-line code reviews.
• Research and implement integrations using documentation for platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Debug complex issues from discovery to resolution.
• Participate in client calls to understand real-world problems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience navigating and contributing to existing codebases.
• A track record of shipping something used by others (tools, bots, scripts, or side projects).
• Hands-on experience wiring an LLM into a project.
• Strong documentation reading and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to complete projects through the final stages.
• Must be able to work on-site in HSR Layout, Bangalore for the full duration.
