AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

Looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build production-ready Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, OCR, and Document Intelligence solutions in Indore.

Responsibilities

• Build ML/DL models and AI pipelines for classification, prediction, NLP, and document intelligence.
• Develop RAG pipelines using LangChain, embeddings, retrievers, and Qdrant.
• Develop LLM workflows using LangChain, LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
• Build OCR & document processing pipelines for PDFs, images, and scanned documents.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI & Django.
• Work with SQL databases, queries, joins, indexing, ORM, and database integration.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, authentication, async processing, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

Requirements

• Strong Python, OOP, NumPy & Pandas.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, feature engineering, and preprocessing.
• Hands-on Deep Learning with PyTorch/TensorFlow, CNNs, RNNs/Transformers.
• Strong LangChain + RAG knowledge.
• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Good knowledge of SQL & relational databases – PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.
• Hands-on FastAPI & Django.
• Experience with OCR, PDF processing, PIL/OpenCV.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment.
