Java Developer

Role Overview

Ohhpro Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Java Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with Hibernate/JPA for database integration.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations.
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and software development activities.
• Follow coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Java Development
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOPs
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and SQL
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git and Maven/Gradle
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• B.Tech/B.E. is mandatory (Computer Science, IT, or related engineering)
