UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete design process, from understanding user needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, understand user requirements, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and business teams to deliver effective design solutions.
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, design systems, and digital products.
• Test designs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Create responsive designs suitable for different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Travel to agricultural mandis and field locations, interact with farmers, understand their products, workflows, and challenges, and translate these insights into practical design solutions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, and usability.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and design systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requirements.
