OpsBrain AI builds autonomous "AI employees" that call leads, handle inbound

support, and sync everything back to the CRM — in real time, in English, Hindi

and Telugu. Our AI voice agents dial prospects, hold natural conversations

grounded in a company's own knowledge base, and book meetings while the team

sleeps. We're a small, fast team shipping real product to real customers.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an intern who can actually BUILD — not just prototype. You'll

own features end-to-end across our voice AI platform: from the FastAPI backend

and Celery telephony workers to the Next.js dashboard operators use every day.

If you love shipping, debugging hard real-time systems, and learning fast, this

is a rare chance to build a production AI product from the inside.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

• Voice campaign flows: outbound dialing, call logging, retries and webhooks (Twilio)
• Real-time voice agents with Azure OpenAI + Azure Speech (STT/TTS) and RAG over

a customer knowledge base (Azure AI Search + embeddings)

• Dashboard features in Next.js (App Router, React 19), MUI + Redux Toolkit
• Backend APIs in FastAPI, Postgres schemas + Alembic migrations, Celery/Redis jobs
• Multi-tenant, org-isolated data and observability into every call
