AI/ML Engineer

• Adhere to defined delivery processes and guidelines
• Drive project quality process compliance
• Contribute to driving and enforcing AI Engineer industry standards and best practices
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment contract terms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 7+ years in Data Engineering and Cloud Platform Engineering
• 4+ years of Azure Databricks, Spark optimization, and architecture design
• 3+ years of experience working on MS SQL Server and NoSQL DBs like Cassandra
• 3+ years of experience working on AI Frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse
• Experience leading technical teams and driving enterprise AI adoption
• Hands on experience in Streaming applications (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
• Solid healthcare domain knowledge
• Proven ability to handle Gen AI, RAG, and LLM based assignments independently through the end-to-end SDLC
• Proven exposure to DevOps methodology and creating CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Proven exposure to Agile methodology using tools like Rally
• Ability to collaborate with onshore business and support project releases during US business hours
