Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements & functional specifications
• Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines
• Drive project quality process compliance
• Contribute to drive & enforce AI Engineer industry standards and best practices in the team
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment contract terms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Scala, and PySpark
• 3+ years of experience working on MS SQL Server and NoSQL DBs like Cassandra
• 3+ years of experience working on AI Frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse
• Hands on experience in Streaming applications (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
• Solid healthcare domain knowledge
• Ability to perform impact analysis and update existing application codebase
• Proven exposure to DevOps methodology and creating CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Proven exposure to Agile methodology using tools like Rally
• Proven ability to handle Gen AI, RAG, and LLM based assignments independently through the end-to-end SDLC
• Proven ability to manage a team of AI Engineers and provide techno-functional mentoring
• Flexibility to collaborate with onshore business and support project releases during US business hours
