Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements & functional specifications
- Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines
- Drive project quality process compliance
- Contribute to drive & enforce AI Engineer industry standards and best practices in the team
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment contract terms
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- 4+ years of Data Engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Scala, and PySpark
- 3+ years of experience working on MS SQL Server and NoSQL DBs like Cassandra
- 3+ years of experience working on AI Frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse
- Hands on experience in Streaming applications (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
- Solid healthcare domain knowledge
- Ability to perform impact analysis and update existing application codebase
- Proven exposure to DevOps methodology and creating CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Proven exposure to Agile methodology using tools like Rally
- Proven ability to handle Gen AI, RAG, and LLM based assignments independently through the end-to-end SDLC
- Proven ability to manage a team of AI Engineers and provide techno-functional mentoring
- Flexibility to collaborate with onshore business and support project releases during US business hours
