Role Overview

As a Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions to solve complex healthcare and provider business problems, helping to advance health optimization on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and predictions.
• Build and optimize predictive models, NLP solutions, and LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality and governance.
• Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance and scalability in production.
• Present insights through dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor team members and identify new AI/ML opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or AI/ML solution development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
