Role Overview

Optum is looking for a Full Stack C# Developer with 4+ years of experience to build scalable web applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to AI-enabled solutions to improve health outcomes globally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# and .NET Core/NET 6+
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX teams
• Work with Python-based components for data processing and AI integration
• Model inference and API-based AI services for intelligent automation
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in agile activities
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Solid proficiency in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC)
• Experience with frontend technologies and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Git and source control workflows
