Role Overview

As an Associate Advanced Services Engineer, you will work within the CSS Tech Delivery team, demonstrating strong technical aptitude and a curiosity for evolving cloud technologies. This role involves problem-solving with guidance, applying organizational policies, and engaging with customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective communication, customer management, and customer engagement skills.
• Manage projects and tasks with strong time management and goal-oriented focus.
• Solve technical problems with assistance and guidance regarding policies and procedures.
• Work both independently to meet individual goals and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintain professional demeanor and availability for scheduled out-of-hours operations when required.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech. degree.
• 6 to 18 months of relevant professional experience (excluding training and internships).
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Basic understanding of application, middleware, hardware, and/or cloud technologies.
