Android Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Android Developer Intern who is passionate about mobile application development and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with the Android development team to design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Android applications using Java and Kotlin
• Work on UI development using XML layouts and JetPack Compose
• Integrate APIs and backend services using Android SDK
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement features
• Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends

Requirements

• Knowledge of Java and Kotlin
• Understanding of Android SDK
• Experience with XML layouts and JetPack Compose
• Familiarity with Activities, Fragments, and Android lifecycle
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Problem-solving and debugging skills

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to OpenCV
• Basic knowledge of OpenGL / OpenGL ES
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture
• Experience with Git or version control systems
• Understanding of image processing or graphics rendering
