Business Analyst Intern

Role Overview

Orbo.ai is looking for a Business Analyst Intern with a strong interest in skincare, beauty products, consumer behavior, and AI-powered personalization. The intern will work closely with the Product, Business, and Beauty Intelligence teams to research skincare products, understand consumer needs, support skin curation and recommendation logic, analyze business requirements, and assist in translating business problems into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Research skincare products, ingredients, claims, and market trends.
• Build and maintain structured databases of skincare products and attributes.
• Assist in mapping products to skin types, concerns, and user requirements.
• Support the creation and refinement of skincare curation frameworks and recommendation logic.
• Convert business requirements into structured documentation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Work with Product and Technology teams to define requirements for new features.
• Help test AI-powered beauty and skincare features and document observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.
• Strong interest in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and consumer products.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product and ingredient information.
• Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize large amounts of information in a structured manner.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
