Summary:

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare-focused use cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with data teams, handle healthcare data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare industry needs.
• Work with data engineers/analysts to preprocess, clean, and structure healthcare datasets.
• Design and implement ML models for patient readmission, disease progression, medical image analysis, etc.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to define project requirements and KPIs delivering measurable value.
• Stay updated with ML advancements in healthcare-specific applications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and patient-data privacy standards.
• Monitor and fine-tune ML models in production.

Candidate Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications.

Strong programming in Python and/or R, plus ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.

Understanding of healthcare data types – EHR/EMR, claims, imaging, genomics.

Familiar with AWS / Azure / GCP and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
