Python Full Stack & AI/ML Developer

Role Overview

OSure is building the next generation of AI-enabled healthcare technology. Our mission is to make healthcare proactive, personalized, and accessible by combining AI, digital health records, wearable integrations, predictive analytics, and intelligent healthcare solutions. We are looking for a passionate Python Full Stack & AI/ML Developer who enjoys building scalable web applications and integrating AI into real-world products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python.
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude into web applications.
• Build AI-powered features including chatbots, document analysis, recommendation systems, and automation workflows.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate third-party APIs including healthcare and wearable device APIs.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with React.js or Next.js.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architecture.
• Experience with Docker is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in Python development.
