Role Overview

Pactorize is an early-stage technology company building the capability layer for the AI era. We are a small, engineering-driven team where interns work on real products and challenging engineering problems, gaining hands-on experience building production-oriented AI software.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack software development
• AI/LLM-powered applications
• Backend services, APIs, and databases
• Data and knowledge processing
• AI agents and intelligent workflows
• Evaluation and reliability of AI systems
• Cloud-based application development
• Testing, debugging, and improving production software

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with web development, APIs, databases, or software engineering projects
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Ability to learn independently and work in a fast-moving environment
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to engineering quality
• Good communication and willingness to ask questions and learn
