Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

Pando is an AI-powered, no-code, and unified fulfilment platform that enables manufacturers & retailers to orchestrate both inbound & outbound logistics & fulfilment. We are seeking a skilled fullstack developer to enhance the performance of our web-based application, working on frontend development, back-end components, data storage integration, and third-party service connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining all server-side components.
• Developing and maintaining user interfaces, implementing UI/UX designs & integrating frontend with backend services.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Work with developers to design algorithms & flowcharts.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Been part of sprint teams, has hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Vue.js experience is an add-on.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or a related field.
