Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

As a foundational Full Stack Engineer at Parentune, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Cofounders to own products end-to-end. This is a founder's apprenticeship role where you will set the engineering standards, architecture, and velocity for a growing team, building mobile-first experiences used by millions of parents.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full stack features, from data models and APIs to polished product experiences.
• Work as an AI-native engineer, driving coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor to design agentic workflows.
• Own architecture decisions using clean architecture principles to ensure scalable and testable systems.
• Shape the product roadmap by prototyping fast and validating ideas with real users.
• Set the engineering culture, including code quality, review standards, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full stack experience with a portfolio of products you are proud to demo.
• Tier-1 engineering college background (IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT or equivalent) preferred.
• Adept at using AI coding agents and automation workflows as a force multiplier.
• Strong fundamentals in System Design and clean architecture.
• Founder-mindset: high-agency, ambitious, and mission-driven.
