Python Developer (FastAPI)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building high-performance backend systems using the FastAPI framework. This role requires not only strong coding ability but also excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, as the candidate will be working on critical financial systems where performance, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Integrate APIs with third-party services and payment gateways.
• Optimize application performance and ensure low-latency responses.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in system design, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure application security and data protection standards are followed.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Python backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI framework.
• Good understanding of REST API design and development.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await).
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Understanding of API integration and debugging techniques.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Kochi, Kerala.
