Qlik Sense Developer

Role Overview

PearlSoft Technologies LLP is looking for a Qlik Sense BI/Data Visualization Developer with experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense/QlikView. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, ETL, and data visualization, with the ability to deliver scalable BI solutions that provide actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense/QlikView.
• Develop and optimize Qlik data models, load scripts, and ETL processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Connect Qlik to multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Qlik Sense/QlikView development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Qlik Load Scripts, Set Analysis, Variables, Expressions, and Section Access.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and exposure to cloud data platforms.
• Experience integrating with multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with BI governance practices and an understanding of enterprise reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 3 – 7 years of total experience.
