Role Overview
PENNEP is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer responsible for managing application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, deployments, and Zabbix monitoring. The candidate will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient application delivery and infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, release, and deployment processes.
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure using Zabbix.
- Configure and manage Zabbix monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and notifications.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, infrastructure issues, and production incidents.
- Monitor system performance, availability, resource utilization, and application health.
- Work with development teams to improve deployment processes and release management.
- Implement automation to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Maintain deployment scripts, configuration files, and infrastructure documentation.
- Support production environments and participate in incident resolution.
- Implement backup, recovery, security, and monitoring practices as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Follow DevOps best practices for version control, automation, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong experience managing application deployments.
- Practical experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Zabbix monitoring.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment and production issues.
- Good understanding of networking, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
