Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and microservices using Java & Spring Boot.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement message streaming, consumer groups, and fault-tolerant processing.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams for smooth delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of strong Java development experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets.
• Experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills.
