Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced OpenShift SME with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Operator Development, and at least one programming language (Golang preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and managing enterprise-grade OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms while developing custom operators and cloud-native solutions.

What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, administer, and upgrade OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators using Operator SDK and Golang.
- Build automation for platform provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Manage OpenShift components including networking, storage, security, RBAC, and multi-cluster environments.
- Implement GitOps and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Integrate enterprise services including HashiCorp Vault, monitoring platforms, and container registries.
- Troubleshoot cluster, application, networking, and performance issues.
- Support containerized applications, Helm deployments, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Define platform standards, security controls, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams on cloud-native transformation projects.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Red Hat OpenShift installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Kubernetes architecture, scheduling, networking, storage, RBAC, and security.
- Experience with OpenShift Virtualization/KubeVirt and enterprise platform engineering.
- Kubernetes Operator Development: Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes Operators using Operator SDK.
- Strong understanding of CRDs, Controllers, Reconciliation Loops, and Kubernetes APIs.
- Experience automating deployment and lifecycle management of applications via Operators.
- Programming: Strong coding experience in Golang (Preferred).
- Alternative experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Development of REST APIs, microservices, and automation utilities.
