React Native Developer Intern

Role Overview

PGAGI is seeking an enthusiastic SDE Intern – Mobile Application to join our team in Bangalore. We are at the forefront of creating advanced AI systems and are looking for interns passionate about AI to tackle real-world problems. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience with real AI projects and the potential for a full-time opportunity (PPO) based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless app experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with JSON data parsing, asynchronous programming, and real-time data handling.
• Participate in regular code reviews and follow best practices in mobile development.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, optimize app performance, and write unit tests.
• Learn and apply Git-based version control, task tracking, and agile workflows.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React Native (Components, Redux, Context API).
• Understanding of OOP, functional programming, and data structures.
• Experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps.
• Familiarity with async/await, Promises, and REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of Android Studio, VS Code, or Xcode.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
