ServiceNow UI Builder Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder / Playbook Developer for our Bengaluru/Pune locations. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience designing and developing high-quality user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder (Next Experience).
• Create custom pages, page variants, and navigation flows.
• Integrate UI Builder with Flow Designer, Subflows, REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Implement event-driven interactions to handle user selections, validations, and actions.
• Develop guided workflows involving multiple user inputs and decision points.
• Create and update Orders, Order Line Items, and related ServiceNow entities based on process outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to build scalable and intuitive user journeys.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Next Experience Framework.
• Expertise in Flow Designer, Subflows, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST API integrations and backend orchestration.
• Good understanding of event handling, dynamic UI behavior, and workspace development.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills.
• Certifications such as CAD, CIS, or CSM are required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Playbook Designer and Configurable Workspaces.
• Telecom Domain exposure.
