Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer with approximately 4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby and Python frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby and Python frameworks
• Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with dynamic frontend applications
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure clean, maintainable deliverables
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Participate in deployment processes, cloud setups, and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Software development experience
• BTech/BE qualification
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
• Good communication skills and confidence to interact with internal teams & stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate notice period preferred
