Front End Developer

Role Overview

This role focuses on building clean, responsive, and high-performing web pages by translating design mockups into functional code. The developer will collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure excellent user interface and experience.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build clean, well-structured, and maintainable responsive web pages using semantic HTML5 and CSS3.
• Design Implementation: Convert design mockups (from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) into fully functional, pixel-perfect web layouts.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with the product/design team to refine user journeys, improve interface interactions, and maintain design consistency.
• Responsive & Cross-Browser Design: Ensure web applications look and perform flawlessly across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers.
• Optimization: Optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Iterative Testing: Identify and fix frontend bugs or layout inconsistencies based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience or internships in frontend development.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (experience with SASS/SCSS or Tailwind CSS is a plus), and basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Design Eye: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, grid layouts, color theory, and responsive design.
• Tools: Familiarity with design collaboration tools (specifically Figma).
• Version Control: Basic understanding of Git and GitHub for version control.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
