Python Full Stack Trainer (with Agentic AI)

Role Overview

Pramanicus Academy is seeking a Python Full Stack Trainer to teach end-to-end web development integrated with Agentic AI concepts. You will design and deliver a curriculum that covers building autonomous agents, integrating LLMs into applications, and working with modern AI frameworks to prepare students for AI-augmented development roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured training sessions covering Python, backend frameworks like Django or FastAPI, frontend technologies like React or Next.js, and databases.
• Design and teach a module on Agentic AI covering LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Build practical, project-based assignments combining full stack development with AI agent integration.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Stay current with evolving full stack and AI/agentic tooling.
• Mentor students on coding, system design, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students are job-ready.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one full stack combination (e.g., Django/React or FastAPI/Next.js).
• Solid understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and backend (REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL) development.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI concepts including LLM integration, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and deployment workflows.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical and AI concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying real-world AI agent systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and tools like Supabase.
• Prior experience designing training curricula from scratch.
