UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused digital shopping experiences for a fast-growing premium D2C consumer brand. You will own the end-to-end customer journey across the website — from landing pages and product discovery to cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise end-to-end e-commerce journeys including homepage, collections, PDPs, cart, checkout, and account pages.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, typography, colours, icons, and interaction patterns.
• Design campaign landing pages, banners, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.
• Ensure designs are mobile-first, responsive, intuitive, and conversion-focused.
• Use analytics, heatmaps, usability feedback, and customer behaviour to identify friction points and improve experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth design handoffs.
• Collaborate with merchandising, brand, and growth teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
• Review live experiences and continuously iterate based on performance and user feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or retail brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products, user journeys, interfaces, and measurable outcomes.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, usability, and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to independently take a brief from concept to polished, developer-ready designs.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing Shopify storefronts/themes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with motion/interaction design or basic illustration.
