Software Developer Intern (Off-Campus Tech Sprint Drive)

Role Overview

PrepLinc is a disruptive tech-talent ecosystem focused on providing students from Tier-2 and lower-tier colleges with industry guidance and high-paying career opportunities. We are aggregating hiring mandates for partner startups and leveraging alumni referrals to onboard Software Development Interns. Successful candidates who verify their technical readiness will be fast-routed directly to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a mandatory 3-step selection process including profile logging and orientation.
• Attend a Pre-Placement Strategy Briefing (PPT) to understand technical portfolio standards.
• Undergo a 1-on-1 Profile Diagnostic Call for live logic evaluation.
• Demonstrate raw coding logic and project-building capacity.

Requirements

• Students pursuing B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, or BSc CS/IT.
• Open to students of all years and recent graduates.
• No CGPA or college tier restrictions.
• Must complete the mandatory Google Form for updates.
