Python Full Stack Developer - 2 year bond

Role Overview

Prime Minds Consulting Private Limited, a leader in ERP, BI, and software development, is inviting fresh BE/BTech graduates for the position of Odoo Trainee (Python Developer). This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site in Bengaluru. Please note that a 24-month mandatory retention bond applies upon absorption into the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a refresher program on core Python concepts.
• Learn and apply Python specifically for Odoo ERP development.
• Manage local development environments including Linux and Odoo on a personal laptop (minimum 16GB RAM required).

Requirements

• BE/BTech graduates (2023–2026) in CSE, ISE, ECE, EEE, or IT.
• Minimum 60% aggregate with no active backlogs.
• Proof of Python training via institute certificate or academic curriculum.
• Course Completion Certificate from the Python Institute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to sign training terms, a 24-month retention bond, and undergo reference checks.
• Must possess a laptop with at least 16GB RAM.
