Frontend (React) & Backend (Java) Developers

Role Overview

We are hiring Frontend (React) and Backend (Java) professionals with 4–5 years of experience for an onsite contractual role in Bangalore. Candidates with prior experience in the FinTech / Finance domain will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (React Developer):

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication with backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.

Backend (Java Developer):

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage data flow efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs.
• Backend: Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in FinTech / Finance domain.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
