UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Design complex digital products and systems, with a strong focus on System Design and Interaction Design. You will look at the whole system, connect the dots, and understand how different parts of the product work together to translate user problems into thoughtful design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design complex digital products and systems with a focus on System Design and Interaction Design.
• Work on design systems at scale.
• Generate solutions both with and without AI tools.
• Use AI tools as a sparring partner and critically evaluate/critique their output.
• Work on products through to launch/shipping.
• Clearly articulate design decisions, including individual contribution and original point of view.
• Collaborate with the team on building products for a larger digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX experience (with a Bachelor's in Design) or 2+ years (with a Master's in Design) at a product company.
• Demonstrable interest and hands-on work in Design Systems at scale.
• Proven track record of shipping/launching products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Design degree from a Tier-1 college (e.g., NID, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, or CKP Bangalore).
• 11th/12th science background.
• A UX portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, user research, and wireframing.
• Must come from a product company (B2B SaaS or otherwise).
