Job Description
Role Overview
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build internal automation tools and scalable products that can eventually be offered as a service to clients. You'll own both frontend and backend architecture, not just execute predefined specs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build web applications to automate internal operations
- Architect scalable, multi-tenant systems suitable for future client-facing use
- Integrate with third-party systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope features and push back on unclear requirements
- Ensure security and compliance best practices, including HIPAA awareness
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience
- Proven experience owning end-to-end architecture on at least one real project
- Strong understanding of API design, database schemas, and system architecture
