Role Overview
The Software Development Intern will support the design, development, testing, and optimization of software solutions, with a strong focus on AI/ML integration and system enhancements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring quality code delivery, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement of existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive the exploration and implementation of AI/ML initiatives within the ProCTTH Software.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to review and validate code implementations.
- Independently test and verify vendor-delivered code for functionality, performance, and quality.
- Act as a technical point of contact for software coordination across multiple technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and audits to identify bugs, inefficiencies, and security risks.
- Design and maintain test cases and scenarios for consistent product quality.
- Ensure development using scalable, secure, and modern technologies.
- Analyze system data and suggest innovative solutions to derive business value.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and repository management.
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support development of new features, enhancements, and prototypes.
- Maintain technical documentation for code, workflows, and architecture.
- Follow SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, developers, and product teams.
Requirements
- Mandatory proficiency in .NET (C#/.NET Core/ASP.NET) for backend development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React for frontend development.
- Mandatory proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, libraries, and model development.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and storage (AWS S3 / Firebase).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Learning agility and adaptability.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers or students eligible). Internship/project experience in software development preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing).
