Software Engineer

Role Overview

PSMG & Associates, Chartered Accountants is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Software & Hardware) to join our team in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad. This role involves maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless hardware and software operations, and providing technical assistance to employees.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install and manage Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and other office applications.
• Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and shared network devices.
• Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
• Perform regular system updates, data backup, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components when required.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and software installations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing and procurement.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
• B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in-person in Ghaziabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Benefits
