Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about developing end-to-end web applications.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-centric solutions while continuously enhancing your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across both frontend and backend.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Develop scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality.
- Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, product owners, and fellow developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Full Stack Development (Freshers with relevant project or internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.
- Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend application development.
- Familiarity with Express.js and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of software development principles, debugging, and testing.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
