Web Developer (WordPress & Shopify)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer specializing in WordPress and Shopify with a strong background in frontend development and eCommerce website creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance websites using modern technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor and WPBakery.
• Convert Figma designs and PSD files into fully functional, responsive WordPress and Shopify themes.
• Implement WooCommerce for eCommerce stores and configure product pages, carts, and checkout flows.
• Ensure all websites are SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive, and meet performance standards.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, shipping, and payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.
• Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and security audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices and schema markup.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer and Shopify Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Deep understanding of WordPress core and custom theme development.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid templating language.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and product configuration.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of technical SEO and page speed optimization.
• Bachelor's degree required.
