Flutter Developer

Role Overview

Architect and build high-performance mobile applications from the ground up for iOS and Android. You will own the entire lifecycle, including architecture, code, releases, performance, and quality, ensuring a scalable and secure fintech-grade product.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Design modular, layered architectures for scalability.
• Optimize performance, startup time, app size, and memory usage.
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Implement automated testing including unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Manage releases via CI/CD, signing, and staged rollouts.
• Apply fintech-grade security measures like certificate pinning and secure storage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production mobile apps.
• Proven track record with at least one app live on the Play Store or App Store.
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of Flutter internals and Dart (async/await, Streams, isolates).
• Proficiency in state management (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider).
• Experience with REST networking and native iOS/Android builds.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, payments, or banking.
• Mobile CI/CD tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic.
• Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics).
• Offline-first design using Hive, Drift, or SQLite.
