AWS DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS / DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AWS services, CI/CD implementation, containerization, Linux administration, and production environment management. This role requires hands-on experience in designing scalable infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and maintaining secure and efficient deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and Elastic Beanstalk.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and access controls across environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and related automation tools.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and environment configurations.
• Ensure smooth release management and support zero-downtime deployments using Load Balancers.
• Develop and manage Docker-based containerized applications.
• Deploy and maintain workloads in Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers including Ubuntu and Amazon Linux environments.
• Configure and maintain Nginx and Apache web servers.
• Handle DNS, CDN, and security configurations using Cloudflare.
• Manage and administer cPanel/WHM environments.
• Perform regular system monitoring, patching, backup validation, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services including EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and Elastic Beanstalk.
• Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong Linux administration skills in Ubuntu and Amazon Linux systems.
• Experience with Git-based version control workflows.
• Experience with Nginx / Apache server configuration and management.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare DNS and security management.
• Understanding of load balancing, scaling, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
