WordPress Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic WordPress Developer – Fresher to join our development team at QR Solutions (INDIA) Private Limited. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience building, customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting real-world WordPress projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Work with WordPress hooks, custom functions, and basic backend customization.
• Perform basic debugging and troubleshoot website issues.
• Manage website content, plugins, themes, updates, and configurations.
• Work with MySQL databases for basic data management and troubleshooting.
• Implement responsive website designs using HTML and CSS.
• Make basic frontend modifications using JavaScript.
• Optimize websites for performance and basic SEO requirements.
• Assist with website backups, migrations, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of WordPress CMS.
• Knowledge of PHP, including basic WordPress backend development.
• Understanding of WordPress Hooks such as Actions and Filters.
• Ability to create and use custom functions in WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL and database concepts.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders such Elementor.
• Freshers / Recent graduates (BCA, B.Sc. CS, B.Tech/BE CSE/IT, MCA) are welcome to apply.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of cPanel or basic website hosting concepts.
