Role Overview

As a CPU Post Si Val Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, including CPU subsystems, to launch cutting-edge, world-class products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of CPU subsystem validation infrastructure, involving both bare-metal and OS-based full-stack environments such as Linux, Hypervisor, and TEE.
• Execution and debugging of functional validation for custom CPU features.
• Enablement and validation of low-power and DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling) features for CPU domains.
• Debugging and profiling support across bare-metal and full-stack environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years, OR PhD with 2+ years.
• Deep knowledge of ARM v8/v9 architecture.
• Understanding of CPU Microarchitecture including Caches, MMU, interrupts, debug subsystems, and exception handling.
• Experience with low-level firmware and architecture-specific code.
• Expertise in the software-hardware stack including RTOS, Linux kernel, trusted firmware, and device drivers.
