Role Overview

Join a new and growing team at Qualcomm focused on advancing the state of the art in machine learning. You will design, develop, and validate embedded and cloud-edge software, working with the latest DNNs to enhance benchmarking and validation infrastructure from both software engineering and machine learning perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud-edge software and specialized utility programs.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions.
• Develop test cases, automate tests, execute tests, and troubleshoot/analyze issues.
• Enhance benchmarking and validation infrastructure for neural network execution on device.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in software development or test development.
• Expertise in developing and automating test cases.
• Experience in Electron-based application testing across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Strong development skills in Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning workflows.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Playwright.

Nice to Have

• Strong exposure to software testing methodologies and reporting.
• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
