Role Overview

The Engineer Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system requirements analysis and implement features or components under guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Document technical work and prepare simple reports or summaries.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Learn and apply best practices while following established workflows.
• Communicate effectively in a remote environment and attend virtual meetings.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge in engineering or computer science.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language or engineering tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
