Test Engineer

Role Overview

Quantum is a product innovation company supporting the Transportation and Shipping industries through Digital Transformation. We are looking for a Test Engineer - QA to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore. This role involves ensuring high-quality application delivery through rigorous manual and automated testing processes within the SDLC/STLC framework.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Functional and Technical Specifications before commencing work.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles and organizational Quality Management Standards.
• Provide support for business user tickets and resolve technical/application logic problems.
• Identify, report, and prioritize defects effectively.
• Design, develop, and maintain Hybrid Automation Frameworks.
• Create and execute Automation Test Scripts (ATS).
• Analyze application changes to identify impacts on existing scripts, locators, and test data.
• Integrate and execute automation suites through CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: ME/MTech or BE/BTech in Computer Science.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
• Experience with Allure Report for test execution and reporting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in JIRA or Azure DevOps for defect management.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and knowledge of Rest Assured.
• Ability to work in-person from the Koramangala, Bangalore office.
