MERN Stack Developer Intern or Trainee - Immediate Joiner Only

Role Overview

Quantum Vedic Success is a newly incorporated, well-funded MSME with an ambitious vision to achieve ₹100 Crore revenue in its very first year. We are building transformative platforms in Education Tech and Spiritual Tech powered by AI, driven by purpose. We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python to join our founding engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development (React.js)
  • Develop pixel-perfect, mobile-first, and responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material-UI).
  • Implement robust state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
  • Optimize frontend performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and efficient rendering.
  • Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with frontend applications.
  • Implement real-time features using WebSockets (Socket.io).
• Backend Development (Node.js + Python)
  • Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints using Node.js (Express.js) and Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
  • Build and maintain microservices for modular, scalable system design.
  • Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2, SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, cloud storage, AI/ML APIs).
  • Implement caching (Redis) and message queuing (RabbitMQ, Bull).
• Database Management (MongoDB + SQL)
  • Design efficient, scalable database schemas for MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL/MySQL (SQL).
  • Write optimized queries, use indexing, and implement aggregation pipelines for performance.
  • Work with Mongoose (MongoDB) and SQLAlchemy / Prisma / Sequelize (SQL).
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
  • Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and other cloud services.
  • Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Manage code using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• AI/ML Integration (Python)
  • Work closely with AIML engineers to integrate AI models (LLMs, recommendation engines, NLP models) into web applications.
  • Assist in building and exposing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines as APIs.
  • Write Python scripts for automation of content ingestion, data cleaning, and report generation.
• Product Development & Collaboration
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

This role requires expertise across the full stack, focusing heavily on the MERN stack combined with Python capabilities for backend and AI integration. Candidates must be an immediate joiner.
