Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Automation Intern who is passionate about using AI to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business operations. You will work with tools like RPA, workflow automation platforms, and AI agents to build intelligent automation pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows
- Build chatbots and virtual assistants for customer support
- Automate data extraction, processing, and reporting tasks
- Integrate automation tools with internal systems and CRMs
- Test and deploy automation scripts using Python and APIs
- Analyze existing processes and suggest areas for improvement
- Document automation workflows and prepare user guides
- Monitor and maintain automation systems for performance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of Python programming and scripting
- Understanding of RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially NLP and Generative AI
- Experience working with APIs and webhooks
- Basic understanding of database queries and SQL
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new tools
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to automation projects or internships
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or other no-code automation platforms
- Familiarity with GPT models, LangChain, or RAG architecture
- Understanding of process documentation and workflow mapping
- Exposure to agile development methodologies
