Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dev IT practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern software development methodologies to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications and engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
- Build AI agents and integrate them with enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Apply Dev IT/DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment automation.
- Develop reusable components, workflows, and dashboards using Power Platform technologies.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-enabled applications.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.
- Working knowledge of Dev IT/DevOps tools and practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, and cloud integrations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
