V&V Engineer for AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a V&V Engineer with strong automation testing experience to validate software applications and ensure product quality through automated testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, test automation frameworks, and software validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Identify, track, and report defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in test automation framework enhancements.
• Support CI/CD-based test execution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in Automation Testing
• Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, or Playwright
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Basic understanding of AI/ML-based applications
