Role Overview
R Systems International Ltd is hiring for a Customer Care Executive - Backend for an international process. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a day shift schedule with a 5-day work week.
Responsibilities
- Manage backend customer support operations for an international process.
- Handle customer inquiries and documentation via backend channels.
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Graduation completed or final year results awaited.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a day shift (1 PM - 10 PM).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
