Role Overview
R1 RCM India is a leading healthcare revenue cycle management services provider. The role objective is to bill out medical accounts with accuracy within defined timelines and reduce rejections for payers in a fast-growing, evolving healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts accurately based on US medical billing within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Process payer rejections with accuracy within defined TAT.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
